Sunset Beach has the most consistent wind of all the Western Cape wavesailing spots. The wind here is generally 20 % stronger compared to Big Bay. There are several access points to this endless beach which can handle hundreds of sailors without becoming crowded.

Cross-offshore winds, beach-break conditions. Excellent for wave riding, but average for wave jumping.
